人才培养模式是专业建设的重要组成部分,是紧扣职业学校要求和职业岗位需求培养学生能力的重要依据。本文以厦门区域经济发展的特点和趋势为依托,将职业学校的培养目标和数控专业的人才培养目标、特点关联起来,借鉴现代学徒制,提出了“请进来,送出去”的人才培养模式的基本框架,并以厦门市集美轻工业学校为例,从课程体系、师资建设、运行管理三方面对数控专业“现代学徒制”人才培养模式进行了有益的探索与实践。
Talent training mode is an important part of the professional construction, is an important basis for training students ability closely with the requirements of vocational schools and job requirements. Based on the characteristics and trends of the regional economic development in Xiamen, this paper correlates the training objectives of vocational schools with the training objectives and characteristics of NC major and draws lessons from the modern apprenticeship system and puts forward the personnel training of “please come in, send out” Mode, and taking Xiamen Jimei Light Industry School as an example, this paper conducts a useful exploration and practice on the training mode of numerical control major and modern apprenticeship from the aspects of curriculum system, teacher construction and operation management.
