The National Seminar on Frozen Food and Small Packaging and Equipment Technology was held in Nanjing from November 21 to November 25, 1988. The conference was hosted by the China Refrigeration Association and organized by the Jiangsu Refrigeration Association. Eighty-nine comrades from institutions of higher learning, research institutes and factories and mines from 19 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions attended the meeting. The conference received 19 papers. At the meeting, the form of conference exchanges and group discussions was adopted.
