目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)测定的临床意义。方法:应用化学发光法检测482例AMI患者和482例健康人对照血清Hcy以及cTnI含量,分析Hcy与cTnI含量的相关性。结果:AMI患者血清Hcy以及cTnI含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),两组血清Hcy含量与cTnI含量均呈正相关。结论:血清Hcy水平是AMI的独立危险因素之一,血液Hcy含量检测有助于AMI诊断。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of serum homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: The levels of Hcy and cTnI in 482 AMI patients and 482 healthy controls were detected by chemiluminescence. The correlation between Hcy and cTnI levels was analyzed. Results: The levels of serum Hcy and cTnI in AMI patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between serum Hcy and cTnI levels in both groups. Conclusion: Serum Hcy level is one of the independent risk factors for AMI. The detection of blood Hcy content is helpful for the diagnosis of AMI.
