Property management has gone through ups and downs for more than thirty years of development. With the continuous improvement of laws and regulations, various crisis faced by property management enterprises in the management of service is also increasing. Therefore, property management companies should establish a risk awareness, by taking appropriate measures to minimize the risk caused by the loss.
