报道41例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻（PUJO）病人，均经病理检查确诊，手术治疗。结果证明，AH术式为首选。并对手术之优点、适应症选择及引流处理等进行了讨论。
Report of 41 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (PUJO) patients were confirmed by pathological examination, surgical treatment. The results show that AH surgery is the preferred method. And the advantages of surgery, choice of indications and drainage treatment were discussed.
