本文介绍一种以铜和稀土为主要合金化元素,並添加锰和锆复合强化的HZL 206高强度耐热铸造铝合金。它兼有优良的高温性能和较高的室温强度,其铸造工艺性能也优于其它铝铜系铸造合金。此材料推荐用于制造250~350℃下短时或长期工作的零件。
This article presents a high-strength heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy HZL 206 with copper and rare earth as the main alloying elements, and manganese and zirconium composite reinforcement. It combines excellent high temperature performance and high room temperature strength, and its casting process performance is superior to other aluminum-copper cast alloy. This material is recommended for the manufacture of short-term or long-term work of 250 ~ 350 ℃ parts.
