在搅拌机四周及顶棚采用泡沫隔音板进行围护,形成一个封密式的三防棚。并在三防棚里面安装的高压泵连接水管网并设置器喷雾嘴,利明回程开关进行自动喷雾,以取到降尘的效果。主要利用了搅拌机的进料斗的重力对底座的重力传感器施工压力进行控制,在重力下停止喷雾,上升起开始喷雾。为防止搅拌机出料口无节止的出料造成浪费,在出料口设计了固定的接料口进行出料转料,从而减少了浪费资源;利用隔音围护墙,有效了防止噪音对周围环境的污染;采用双层防护棚防止上部对下面作业人员的伤害。
