通过对昆明地区几个香菇反季节栽培种植区采集病原真菌样本,分离、纯化鉴定出木霉属(Trichoderma)、青霉属(Penicillium)、拟青霉属(Paecilomyces)、镰孢属(Fusarium)、轮枝霉属(Verticillium)、毛霉属(Mucor)共6个属,其中木霉属分离频次最高(61.90%);香菇反季节栽培出菇期病原真菌的种类最多,而培菌后期最少。木霉属是主要病原真菌,培菌前期、培菌后期和出菇期发生率分别为0.33%、2.20%和14.36%,拟青霉属真菌污染仅在培菌前期发现,发生率为0.25%。
The pathogenic fungi samples were collected from several mushroom cultivation areas in the Kunming area in the seasons. Trichoderma, Penicillium, Paecilomyces, Fusarium were isolated and purified. Verticillium and Mucor. Among them, Trichoderma had the highest frequency of isolation (61.90%). Mushrooms had the highest number of pathogenic fungi cultivated in the off-season, . Trichoderma is the main pathogenic fungi, the early stage of culture, the late stage of bacteriosis and the fruiting period were 0.33%, 2.20% and 14.36%, respectively. The fungal contamination of Paecilomyces was only found in the early stage of the bacterium and the incidence rate was 0.25% .
