针对目前大多数高校非英语专业的大学生普遍较少接触新闻英语的现实,探索和研究了新闻英语学习的重要性,以实践研究项目为基础,提出大学英语教学要让学生熟悉并了解新闻英语的写作风格,阅读理解新闻英语文章,辅以听力、词汇和讨论等的训练,弥补了时下学习资料缺乏时效性的不足,培养学生英语学习与时俱进的能力,拓展了学生英语学习的知识面等方面。并通过问卷调查和前后测结果证明了此项目对提高学生新闻英语能力的效果,对于现今的大学英语教学有实际指导的意义,也为培养英语应用型人才奠定了基础。
According to the reality that most college non-English majors generally have less contact with news English, the importance of news English learning is explored and studied. Based on the practice research projects, it is suggested that college English teaching should make students familiar with news English well Writing style, reading comprehension news English articles, supplemented by listening, vocabulary and discussion training to make up for the lack of timeliness of learning materials nowadays, to develop students ’English learning ability to advance with the times, and expand students’ knowledge of English learning etc. And through the questionnaire survey and the results before and after the test proved that the project to improve the effectiveness of students’ news English, the practical guidance for today’s College English teaching, but also to lay the foundation for training English applied talents.
