利用直流电铸法制备纯镍药型罩,对其爆炸变形前后的微观组织和织构进行对比观察,探讨电铸镍药型罩爆炸变形后侵彻体的高速变形行为.结果表明,电铸镍药型罩的晶粒形态由变形前的柱状晶转变为等轴晶,变形前存在的微观织构消失.侵彻体在高速变形过程中经历的是绝热变形过程.侵彻体与靶体的相互作用促使射流发生融化,并与靶体熔融形成铁镍合金.熔融的铁镍合金与侵彻体后续跟进的杵体发生接触,在杵体外部边缘部位凝固,生成复合组织.杵体在整个变形过程中经历了典型的动态回复和动态再结晶过程.
