文章通过对新疆巴音布鲁克草原上的蒙古族牧民生活现状及其生活质量从经济水平、物质生活、健康与医疗条件、精神生活、生活环境等几项指标来考察,认为这里的牧民状况不容乐观,几乎被排除在自治区社会经济繁荣之外,特别是牧民生存质量的问题常常被人们所轻视。本文运用定性定量相结合的方法,全面分析了巴音布鲁克草原上的蒙古族牧民生活现状及其生活质量的总体状况以及巴音布鲁克牧区生态移民现状和存在的问题,并给出解决问题的对策。
This article examines the living conditions of Mongolian herdsmen and their quality of life on the Bayinbuluk steppe in Xinjiang from the aspects of economic level, material life, health and medical conditions, spiritual life and living environment, and considers that the situation of herdsmen here is not optimistic , Almost excluded from the socio-economic prosperity of the autonomous region. In particular, the quality of life of pastoralists is often neglected. In this paper, we use the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to comprehensively analyze the overall status of the Mongolian herdsmen living on the Bayinbuluke steppe and their quality of life, as well as the status quo and existing problems of the ecological immigrants in the pastoral areas of Bayinbuluke and give some countermeasures .
