20世纪90年代末开始实行的城市住房改革引发了城市居民的财富觉醒。十几年来,不仅城市居民的居住条件显著改善,而且迅速形成了数以亿计的有产者家庭,孵化出成千上万的“百万家产”拥有者。虽然在此过程中享有了巨大的财富红利,但是也不可避免地要经历社会巨变和新社会分娩的阵痛。面对中国房地产极为独特的国情条件,必须以创新的思维和方式应对财富变迁的历史过程中可能发生的种种社会矛盾和奇异现象。
Urban housing reform, which began in the late 1990s, triggered arousal of urban dwellers. For more than a decade, not only has urban living conditions improved significantly, but hundreds of millions of productive families have rapidly become established and hundreds of millions of owners of millions of homes have been hatched. Although enjoying a huge fortune dividend in the process, it is inevitably going through the pain of social change and new social delivery. In the face of the extremely unique national conditions of real estate in China, we must deal with all kinds of social contradictions and strange phenomena that may occur during the historical process of wealth changes with innovative thinking and methods.
