以设计主导的工程建设总承包模式具有优化工程项目工序、节约工期、促进工程设计改进和技术创新等优势。本文从设计人员、设计工作和组织设计3个方面构建具体的管理模式,以保障设计单位在总承包项目中的主导地位。并结合某高速公路设计施工总承包模式,分析公司对以设计主导的工程建设总承包模式的管理策略。
