設計工作所依据的各項标准,在执行中碰到許多問題,引起不少意見和爭論,有关机关正拟研究修訂。本刊特邀請楊裕文工程师就現行衛生标准提出几点意見,希望同志們深入研究,根据勤儉建国的方針,就标准中主要問題进一步提出具体意見,并展开討論。
The standards on which the design work is based have encountered many problems in its implementation and have caused many opinions and controversies. The relevant agencies are planning to study and revise them. The magazine invited Yang Yuwen’s engineers to put forward several opinions on the current health standards. He hoped that the comrades would conduct in-depth research and further put forward specific opinions on the major issues in the standard and discuss them according to the principles of diligence and founding.
