对承德盛丰1号高炉(600m~3)高风速操作进行了总结分析。认为小型高炉只要风速选择适当,通过上下部合理调剂,可在高风速(315.67 m/s)条件下,使炉缸活跃,实现稳定顺行、高产稳产。
The operation of high wind speed of Chengde Shengfeng No. 1 blast furnace (600m ~ 3) was summarized. As long as the appropriate choice of wind speed for the small blast furnace, the blast furnace can be activated at high wind speed (315.67 m / s) through the rational adjustment of the upper and lower furnaces to achieve stable and high yield.
