采用样地内小样方取样,物理方法分离,室内测量、试验、分析的方法,对庞泉沟国家级自然保护区内,华北落叶松4个林型的林下土壤种子数量、质量及分布进行了研究。分析了影响林下土壤种子数量的因素,提供了华北落叶松土壤种子库的基本背景。结果表明,种子平年后的次年春季,林下土壤完整种子密度平均可达426粒/m2。4个林型中苔草落叶松林>草类落叶松林>桦本落叶松林>灌木落叶松林;其中有生活力种子占29.1%,平均为124粒/m2,各林型间顺序为:苔草落叶松林>桦木落叶松林>草类落叶松林>灌木落叶松林。完整种子实验室发芽率24.9%,可发芽种子平均可达106粒/m2,土壤种子水平分布格局受母树分布格局和微地形异质性的影响,都表现不同程度的聚集性。华北落叶松天然林林下土壤种子数量较大,在出现林冠干扰时有足够的种子为迅速占领林隙提供基本保证。
In this study, the soil seed quantity, quality and distribution of undergrowths of Larix principis-rupprechtii in Pangquangou National Nature Reserve were studied by sample sampling, physical separation, indoor measurement, experiment and analysis the study. The factors influencing the number of soil seed under forest were analyzed, and the basic background of the soil seed bank of Larix principis-rupprechtii was provided. The results showed that the average density of intact seeds in subsoil soil was up to 426 grains / m 2 in the following year after the seeds were planted. In the forest, moss Larix gmelinii forest> grass larch forest> Betula platyphylla forest> shrub larch forest; There were viable seeds accounting for 29.1% with an average of 124 grains / m2. The order of the forest types was as follows: larch> moss> larch> shrub> larch> shrub. The seed germination rate of the whole seed laboratory was 24.9% and the average number of germinable seeds was up to 106 seeds / m2. The distribution pattern of soil seed level was affected by the distribution pattern of mother trees and micro-topography heterogeneity, all showing different degrees of aggregation. Under Larix principis-rupprechtii natural forest, there are a large number of soil seeds in the forest, and enough seeds provide the basic guarantee for rapid occupation of the gap in the event of canopy interference.
