针对生产过程中一些受控对象的给定值大幅度提降的情况,以往的动态矩阵控制算法因超调量大、振荡性强、回复时间长而不能满足要求。在原基本动态矩阵控制算法基础上加以改进,提出了可变给定值、可变控制权以及在线切换模型系数的动态矩阵控制算法,并以管式电炉的温控为实际对象进行验证。
Aiming at the situation that the given value of some controlled objects in the production process is greatly reduced, the conventional dynamic matrix control algorithm can not meet the requirements due to large overshoot, strong oscillation and long response time. On the basis of the original basic dynamic matrix control algorithm, the dynamic matrix control algorithm with variable setpoint, variable control and online switching coefficient was proposed. The temperature control of the tubular electric furnace was verified as the actual object.
