目的:利用小鼠耳廓及背部变应性接触性皮炎模型进行自拟方养血消风饮的药效学研究,为更好地临床应用及药物开发奠定基础。方法:动物分为空白组、模型组、中药治疗组、西药对照组,用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)同时建立小鼠耳廓及背部变应性接触性皮炎模型,对比观察用药治疗前后动物模型耳肿胀度、脏器指数及超微结构的变化。结果:中药养血消风饮可以减轻动物模型的耳肿胀度,降低动物模型的胸腺指数、脾指数,并能够减轻DNCB对动物皮肤超微结构的破坏程度。结论:养血消风饮对小鼠接触性皮炎的发生有抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacodynamics of Fang Yangxue Xiaofeng Decoction using mouse model of auricle and back allergic contact dermatitis, so as to lay a foundation for better clinical application and drug development. METHODS: Animals were divided into blank group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group. Mouse ear and back allergic contact dermatitis models were established simultaneously with dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Contrast observation and treatment of animals before and after treatment Model ear swelling, organ index and ultrastructural changes. RESULTS: The traditional Chinese medicine Yangxue Xiaofeng Decoction can reduce the ear swelling of animal models, reduce the thymus index and spleen index of animal models, and can reduce the damage degree of DNCB to animal skin ultrastructure. Conclusion: Yangxue Xiaofengyin can inhibit the occurrence of contact dermatitis in mice.
