目的:研究建立面肌痉挛的动物模型的方法,并探讨其发病机制。方法:采用颞浅动脉压迫已人为脱髓鞘变的周围面神经主干,在新西兰大白兔上复制面肌痉挛动物模型,并通过电生理技术检测面肌痉挛所特有的异常肌反应(AMR)。结果:于术后第6周在模型组动物上成功地诱发出AMR,其潜伏期为(8.00±0.55)ms。结论:面神经脱髓鞘变和血管压迫是引起面肌痉挛的两个必要条件。
Objective: To study the method of establishing animal model of hemifacial spasm and to explore its pathogenesis. Methods: The superficial temporal artery was used to depress the trunk of the facial nerve, which had been demyelinated. The animal model of hemifacial spasm was replicated in New Zealand white rabbits and the abnormal muscle responses (AMR) were detected by electrophysiological techniques. Results: AMR was successfully induced in the model group at the 6th week after the operation. The incubation period was (8.00 ± 0.55) ms. Conclusion: Facial nerve demyelination and vascular compression are the two necessary conditions that cause hemifacial spasm.
