例1 女,2岁,不慎跌进水中,15分钟后被救起,呼吸停止,急送我院急症科。体检:昏迷状,无呼吸及心跳,瞳孔无散大,腹膨胀,四肢冰冷。立即行人工呼吸、吸氧、胸外心脏按压,静脉注射尼可刹米0.375g、洛贝林3mg,静脉推注5％碳酸氢钠60ml,快速静滴20％甘露醇100ml,约有20分钟后开始出现不规则的呼吸和微弱的心跳,小便1次量较多,两肺痰鸣音及水泡音出现,约有40分钟后有微弱的呻吟,继续对症治疗,观察4天病情稳定。
