本文利用动力学-概率法研究了流膜选矿过程所发生的基本分选现象,研究的依据是流膜分选时矿粒的运动速度是一随机变量,且可用频率分布和概率论来描述。研究过程包括:(1)建立不同密度和粒度矿粒沿分选设备指定轨迹的概率模型;(2)制定确定矿粒在分选设备排料处频率分布曲线的试验步骤;(3)模型参数估计和模型验证。模型中包括矿粒在分选设备底面的质量分布、在摇床排料端的质量分布和在溜槽类设备中的停留时间分布。本文推导出了停留时间分布与矿粒速度分布的关系式,测定了矿粒在溜槽中的停留时间分布,最后将由模型计算出的矿粒频率分布与实测值进行了比较。
In this paper, the kinetic-probability method was used to study the basic sorting phenomenon that occurred during the process of fluid film beneficiation. The research was based on the fact that the velocity of mineral particles during flow-film sorting was a random variable and could be described by frequency distribution and probability theory. The research process includes: (1) establishing the probabilistic model of ore particles of different densities and sizes along the designated trajectory of the sorting equipment; (2) developing the test procedure of determining the frequency distribution curve of the ore particles in the sorting equipment discharge; (3) Estimation and model verification. The model includes the mass distribution of the mineral particles on the underside of the sorting equipment, the mass distribution at the discharge end of the shaker and the residence time distribution in the chute type equipment. In this paper, the relationship between residence time distribution and ore particle velocity distribution is deduced. The residence time distribution of ore particles in the chute is measured. Finally, the frequency distribution of ore particles calculated by the model is compared with the measured data.
