心痛定nifepidine是一种治疗心绞痛和室性心律不齐的较新和普及的药物。是强力的钙离子拮抗剂,能使冠状动脉血管扩张和阻止冠状动脉痉挛的长效药物,从而改善心肌氧的供给。副作用有眩晕、皮肤潮红、头痛、虚弱、恶心、肌痉挛、震颤、周围性水肿、关节僵硬、皮炎、瘙痒等。现报道一例接受心痛定治疗的患者并发与使用苯妥因钠后引起的龈增生样的改变。据作者所知这是应用心痛定伴发大仑丁样龈增生的首例报告。 F.G.女,58岁,1981年11月6日因龈肿胀、出血并影响咬(牙合)而求治。既往病史包括因糖尿病使用胰岛素20
Nifedipine nifepidine is a new and popular drug for the treatment of angina and ventricular arrhythmia. Is a powerful calcium antagonist, can make coronary artery dilation and prevent coronary artery spasm of long-acting drugs, thereby improving myocardial oxygen supply. Side effects are dizziness, skin flushing, headache, weakness, nausea, muscle spasms, tremors, peripheral edema, joint stiffness, dermatitis, itching and so on. We now report a case of patients receiving nifedipine concurrent with the use of phenytoin caused gingival hyperplasia-like changes. According to the author's knowledge, this is the first report of application of nifedipine to gingival hyperplasia. F.G.
