本文从学校专业核心技能与企业岗位技能对接的教学模式出发,通过电子企业的分检工、插接工、焊接工、调试工、检修工等主要技术岗位的对接,阐述了烟雾报警器的具体实施过程。采用课堂教学过程与企业生产过程对接,专业课程内容与企业生产任务对接,使学生在学完对接课程后,能够把自身专业知识和能力拓展为岗位技能,从而实现职业学校与企业市场需求之间的“无缝”对接,达到对岗位的快速适应和稳定就业。
