岗位对接在模拟电子电路教学中的应用——以烟雾报警器制作教学项目为例

本文从学校专业核心技能与企业岗位技能对接的教学模式出发,通过电子企业的分检工、插接工、焊接工、调试工、检修工等主要技术岗位的对接,阐述了烟雾报警器的具体实施过程。采用课堂教学过程与企业生产过程对接,专业课程内容与企业生产任务对接,使学生在学完对接课程后,能够把自身专业知识和能力拓展为岗位技能,从而实现职业学校与企业市场需求之间的“无缝”对接,达到对岗位的快速适应和稳定就业。 Based on the teaching mode of docking professional core skills and enterprise post skills, this paper elaborates the specifics of smoke alarm through the docking of the main technical positions of the electronic enterprise, such as subcontractors, plug-in workers, welding workers, commissioning workers and overhauls workers. Implementation process. Using classroom teaching process and enterprise production process butt, the professional course content and enterprise production tasks butt, so that students learn the docking courses, they can expand their professional knowledge and ability to post skills, so as to achieve vocational schools and business market demand “Seamless ” docking, to achieve the rapid adaptation of jobs and stable employment.
