江泽民同志指出:“干部如果不到实践中去经过一番扎实的磨炼,是不可能担当起改革和建设的重任的。”我学习了江泽民同志关于干部要在实践中锻炼这段讲话有两点体会:一是实践出真知。一切真知都发源于直接经验。俗话说“不入虎穴,焉得虎子。”这就是说,不重视实践,不亲自参加社会实践,难获真知灼见。即使是已经理论化了的知识,若不联系实际,不付诸实践,也是没有价值的。只有亲身参加实践,且在实践中研究和总结自己及他人的实践经验,把感性认识上升为理性认识,才能在理论与现实的结合上把握事物的一般规律,从而获得真实的财富。

All true knowledge comes from direct experience. As the saying goes, “Do not get into the tiger’s hole, get nothing.” That is to say, do not attach importance to practice, do not personally participate in social practice, difficult to gain insights. Even knowledge that has been theorized is of no value unless it is linked to reality and not put into practice. Only by participating in the practice in person and studying and summarizing the practical experience of ourselves and others in practice and raising the perceptual knowledge to the rational understanding can we grasp the general laws of things in the combination of theory and reality so as to obtain the true wealth.
