On March 9, Chief Accountant Shen Ying met with Shun Shunfu, chief executive of Deloitte China, at our committee. Shen Ying introduced the latest progress in the reform of state-owned enterprises, as well as the pilot project of the central enterprise’s financial management and the appointment of chief accountant.
