目的:了解东莞地区2006~2008年副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vp)分离菌株毒力因子的变化情况。方法:用PCR法及神奈川实验检测毒力因子。结果:食物中毒分离菌株tdh、trh基因检出率分别为85.2%(127/149)、8.7%(13/149),外环境分离菌株tdh、trh基因检出率分别为6.3%(3/48)、2.1%(1/48),所有菌株神奈川实验阳性率达91.9%(137/149)。结论:东莞地区副溶血性弧菌致病力较强,致病菌株大多携带tdh基因,对市民身体健康的潜在危害较大,应进一步加强对副溶血性弧菌的监测研究。
Objective: To investigate the changes of virulence factors in Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vp) isolated in Dongguan from 2006 to 2008. Methods: Virulence factors were detected by PCR and Kanagawa experiments. Results: The detection rates of tdh and trh genes were 85.2% (127/149) and 8.7% (13/149), respectively. The detection rates of tdh and trh gene were 6.3% (3/48) ) And 2.1% (1/48) respectively. The positive rate of all the Kanagawa strains was 91.9% (137/149). CONCLUSION: Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Dongguan is more virulent. Most of the pathogenic strains carry tdh gene, which is potentially harmful to citizens’ health. Vibrio parahaemolyticus should be further monitored.
