从小腿记录胫H反射是临床肌电图的常规。常用的方法是Hugon法和Braddon-Johnson法,作者采用第三种方法“一半再(加)一半”法。对比三法的波形、H反射最大振幅(Hmax)、M波最大振幅(Mmax)、Hmax/Mmax振幅比。 方法 对20例健康成人右小腿进行研究。分别用各法诱发H反射和M波。在Hugon法中,主电极沿小腿长轴置于腓肠肌向肌腱移行处远端2cm处,参考电极置于主电极远端3cm处,B-J法中主电极
Record shin H reflex from the calf is a routine for clinical EMG.
