奥里油是产于委内瑞拉的一种乳化原油,这种全新的油品被称为“第四种”化石燃料.通过对奥 里油燃烧后烟气成分的理论计算以及实验室和工业应用试验,表明烟气中SO_2含量较高,在烟气流动过 程中其含量逐渐下降, NO_x、 CO含量与常规燃油基本相同;对流受热面的换热加强,而尾部受热面的腐 蚀会比较严重。
Orimulsion, an emulsified oil produced in Venezuela, is a new type of oil known as “the fourth” fossil fuel. Through the theoretical calculation of the flue gas composition after Orimulsion combustion and laboratory and industrial application tests, it shows that the content of SO 2 in the flue gas is high, and the content of SO 2 in the flue gas flows gradually decreases. The content of NO x and CO are basically the same as that of the conventional fuel ; Convection heating surface heat transfer enhancement, and the tail of the heating surface corrosion will be more serious.
