医院的人事管理是医院行政管理工作的重要组成部分,人事管理的科学性关系到医院人才队伍建设,关系到医院整体发展的协调性。近年来,随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和医疗改革政策的相继出台,现行的医疗体制运行模式将面临严峻的挑战,同时对医院的人事管理也提出了更高的要求。本文针对新时期医院人事管理存在的具体问题进行了分析,提出了相对可行的办法。
Hospital personnel management is an important part of hospital administration. The scientific management of personnel management is related to the construction of hospital personnel and the coordination of the overall development of the hospital. In recent years, with the rapid socio-economic development of our country and the promulgation of medical reform policies one after another, the current mode of operation of the medical system will face severe challenges and put forward higher requirements on the personnel management of hospitals. This article analyzes the specific problems in the hospital personnel management in the new era and puts forward some feasible measures.
