为了贯彻落实党的十四届四中全会的决定,大力加强农村以党组织为核心的基层组织建设,推进农村的改革、发展、稳定和全面进步,中共中央近日专门发出《关于加强农村基层组织建设的通知》,要求各地各部门认真贯彻执行。现将通知的主要内容摘要如下:一、实现新时期党在农村的历史任务,必须大力加强农村基层组织建设1、我国的改革开放和现代化建设正处在关键时期。全党全国人民正在为本世纪末初步建立起社会主义市场经济体制和实现人民生活达到小康水平
