制造业是一个国家经济发展的重要基础,是其它一切类型行业发展的载体和依据,对促进经济繁荣的巨大作用无可替代。在新常态下如何培育和确立我国制造业新的竞争优势,已经成为我国制造业由大变强亟待解决的重大问题。十八大报告提出,要“适应国内外经济形势新变化,加快形成新的经济发展方式,着力构建现代产业发展新体系,着力培育开放型经济发展新优势”。
Manufacturing is an important foundation for the economic development of a country and a carrier and basis for the development of all other types of industries. It is irreplaceable for the great role of promoting economic prosperity. Under the new normal, how to cultivate and establish a new competitive advantage in manufacturing in our country has become a major issue that needs to be resolved urgently in our country’s manufacturing industry. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) reported that it is necessary to “adapt itself to the new changes in the economic situation at home and abroad, speed up the formation of a new mode of economic development, strive to establish a new system for the development of modern industry and strive to cultivate new advantages in the development of an open economy.”
