近年来发现南通市部分单位从外地购进山柰,经鉴定为姜科植物苦山柰Kaempferia mar-ginata Y.H.Chen的干燥根茎。有关山柰与苦山柰的性状、组织及显微特征鉴别已有报道。本文对两者进行荧光与显色反应和薄层层析鉴别,结果见表和图,薄层层析分别取山柰与苦山柰各1.0克,加石油醚5ml,浸泡2～3小时,提取液挥去石油醚,残渣用乙醇
In recent years, it has been discovered that some units in Nantong City purchased hawthorn from outside and were identified as dried rhizomes of Kaempferia mar-ginata Y.H. Chen from the ginger family. The identification of the traits, tissues and microscopic characteristics of hawthorn and hardwood hawthorn has been reported. In this paper, fluorescence and color reaction and thin layer chromatography were used to identify the two. The results are shown in the table and figure. TLC was used to take 1.0 g each of hawthorn and bitter hawthorn, add petroleum ether 5 ml, and soak for 2 to 3 hours. The extract removes petroleum ether and the residue uses ethanol
