全球化与区域经济一体化是当今世界经济发展的两大趋势,已成为各国处理国际事务的出发点和落脚点。目前亚洲区域经济一体化正在向前推进,有可能成为继北美自由贸易区、欧盟之后的又一个较强的经济集团。改革开放后,我国与世界、尤其是亚太地区各国(或地区)经济联系日益密切,形成了一种相互依赖、相互作用的经济关系,亚洲区域经济一体化在我国对外事务中的作用日益突出。一、亚洲区域经济一体化的发展与现状
Globalization and regional economic integration are two major trends in the economic development in the world today and have become the starting point and the foothold for all countries in handling international affairs. At present, the regional economic integration in Asia is advancing and it is likely to become another stronger economic group after the North American Free Trade Area and the EU. After the reform and opening up, China has made increasingly close economic ties with the rest of the world, especially in the Asia Pacific region, and has formed an interdependent and interactive economic relationship.
