目的了解职业卫生技术服务供需之间存在的差异。方法对德阳市厂矿企业和职业卫生技术服务机构用统一的调查表进行调查分析。结果全市职业卫生检测单位覆盖率为3.8%,职业危害因素检测率为11.7%,职业健康体检单位覆盖率为6.4%,职业体检率为14.4%,建设项目职业病危害评价工作开展率为2.1%。与之相对应,职业卫生技术服务机构工作饱和量平均约为50%。结论职业卫生需求和供给之间的差距很大,需要进一步提高全市的技术服务能力建设来满足市场的需求。
Objective To understand the differences between supply and demand of technical and occupational health services. Methods Deyang City, factories and mines and occupational health service agencies using a unified questionnaire for investigation and analysis. Results The coverage rate of occupational health examination units in the city was 3.8%, that of occupational hazards was 11.7%, that of occupational health examination units was 6.4%, that of occupational health examination was 14.4%, and that of occupational hazards was 2.1%. Correspondingly, the occupational health services of occupational health service institutions average about 50% of the work volume. Conclusion There is a great gap between occupational health needs and supply and the need to further improve the city’s technical service capacity building to meet the needs of the market.
