随着社会经济与科技的发展,模拟对讲机已经不能满足市场的需求。目前我国正在积极展开自主知识产权的数字对讲机的研发工作,以及数字对讲机协议的制定。通过对二元激励线性预测编码、正弦激励线性预测、多带激励、混合激励线性预测的合成语音质量进行比较和分析,提出在数字对讲机中采用混合激励线性预测编码算法处理语音信号的方案,并通过Matlab软件进行了仿真验证,结果表明该方案能满足数字对讲机的要求。
With the development of social economy and science and technology, analog walkie-talkie can no longer meet the needs of the market. At present, China is actively developing digital radios with independent intellectual property rights, as well as the development of digital interphone protocols. By comparing and analyzing the synthetic speech quality of binary excitation linear prediction coding, sinusoidal excitation linear prediction, multi-band excitation and hybrid excitation linear prediction, a hybrid excitation linear prediction coding algorithm is proposed to process speech signals in digital walkie-talkie The simulation results show that the scheme can meet the requirements of digital walkie-talkie.
