1月26日,工业和信息化部以工信部原【2015】30号文发布《轮胎生产企业公告管理暂行办法》,并于3月1日起实施。为加强轮胎行业管理,规范行业准入,工信部依据《轮胎行业准入条件》制定了该办法。《暂行办法》规定,符合条件的中华人民共和国境内(台湾、香港、澳门地区除外)所有汽车轮胎(不含斜交胎)和工程机械轮胎生产装置的企业,均可通过省级工业主管部门向工业和信息化部提出公告申请。
On January 26, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the Interim Measures for the Administration of Bulletin of Tire Manufacturers with No.2015 [2015] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and came into effect on March 1. In order to strengthen the management of the tire industry and standardize industry access, the MIIT has formulated this measure according to the “Tire Industry Access Requirements”. The Provisional Measures stipulate that all qualified tire-making enterprises (excluding bias tires) and construction machinery tire manufacturing facilities in the territory of the People’s Republic of China (except Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau) Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to apply for notice.
