高职院校在开展各项教学活动的过程中,需要将科研放在重要位置。本文从高职院校采用二级学院体制进行科研管理的必要性入手,从院(校)领导要制定良好的科研发展战略,二级学院(系部)科研方面的职责方面,对二级学院体制的科研管理工作进行全面细致的分析和说明,并对科研工作中各个方面的职责进行了介绍。
In carrying out various teaching activities in higher vocational colleges, science research needs to be placed in an important position. This article starts from the necessity of carrying out scientific research management by the secondary school system in the higher vocational colleges. From the point of the hospital (school) leading to formulate a good scientific research development strategy and the responsibilities of the second level college (department) in scientific research, System of scientific research management to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis and description, and research work in all aspects of the responsibilities were introduced.
