天津第四机床厂油漆组的工人同志们,对原机床光亮部分,如机床的导轨等防锈方法进行了改革。他们经过多次反复实验,终于配制成防锈性能良好的聚苯乙烯防锈剂,革除了多年使用的涂黄油的方法,经锈蚀试验鉴定效果良好。用这种防锈剂涂在机床光亮部位经凉干后,生成一层具有弹性的封闭性较好的保护膜,可以防止潮气侵入,避免锈蚀。经试验,涂保护膜后放在盐水里7昼夜并没有锈蚀之
