Cerebral vascular disease in patients with atrophy of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with primary analysis Taiyuan Central Hospital (030009) Wang Yongxing, Chen Xiangguo we observed 23 patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD) of peripheral blood (PB) T lymphocyte subsets, The results reported below. Materials and Methods 23 patients with CVD brain atrophy were confirmed by clinical diagnosis and cranial CT. Including 2O cases of males and 3 females; mean age of 52.4 ± 7.6 years, the maximum age of 60 years (to avoid aging caused by physiological brain atrophy). Including ischemic in 13 cases, hemorrhage in 9 cases, mixed type in 1 case; simple ventricular enlargement in 5 cases, 5 cases of recurrent sulci dilated groove, 11 cases of ventricular expansion in cerebral pool sulci, severe diffuse brain atrophy 2 Cases; selected normal control in 20 cases, 11 males and 9 females, mean age 53.1 ± 6.8 years, no neurological disease. Methods: CD monoclonal antibody indirect immunotherapy SPA method was used to recover the recovery of patients with PB, to avoid acute stress response to T lymphocyte interference by anticoagulant, cell separation, staining and microscopic count and calculate the percentage. Results and Discussion The determination of PBT lymphocyte subsets in patients with CVD brain atrophy and in normal subjects is given in the attached table. T lymphocyte subsets in 23 patients with CVD brain atrophy were significantly lower than those in normal subjects (P <0.01), while the percentages of CD3 and CD8 in patients with CVD brain atrophy were significantly lower than those in normal subjects (P < <0.05). The latest literature reports that “the presence of intact left cortex is the main condition for maintaining normal immune function.” Patients with CVD brain atrophy
