笔者自1996年起用牙用根管螺纹桩及光固化复合树脂做残根、残冠的桩核,核外面套烤瓷全冠的方法修复牙齿58颗,经5个月至3年的随访,有效率达96%,效果满意。修复方法简单,患者就诊次数少,且制作成本较低,所以在临床中对于一些牙根条件良好的前牙及前磨牙的残根、残冠可用此方法进行修复。一、材料与方法: (一)临床资料:经过完善根管治疗的残根、残冠58颗。其
