污水处理厂中的生物反应池等水处理构筑物结构多采用混凝土薄壁结构,由于薄壁结构的宽、大、长、薄壁等特点,其抗渗、抗裂缝等成为薄壁结构的技术难点。本文结合宁波市南区污水处理厂二期工程,针对大型构筑物池壁抗裂缝与抗渗漏施工技术问题进行研究,提出施工缝设置位置以及池体细部构造处理技术,工程实践结果表明所采取的施工技术措施可有效抗渗与抗裂缝,可为同类工程提供有价值的参考。

In this paper, the second phase project of Ningbo South District Sewage Treatment Plant was studied. The research on the anti-cracking and anti-leakage construction technology for the large-scale structures wall was put forward. The construction joints and the structure of the cell body were proposed. The engineering practice shows that the adopted Construction techniques and measures can effectively impermeability and crack resistance, for similar projects provide valuable reference.
