随着我国经济社会的迅速发展,会计工作越发凸显其重要性,在会计工作中,战略管理是非常重要的一个管理手段,其与会计工作有着千丝万缕的联系。本文主要针对会计工作中战略管理的应用进行探究,介绍了战略管理的内涵以及常用的集中分析方法,并针对战略管理在会计应用中的问题提出解决对策。
With the rapid economic and social development in our country, the accounting work has become more and more important. In the accounting work, strategic management is a very important management measure, which is inextricably linked with the accounting work. This article mainly probes into the application of strategic management in accounting work, introduces the connotation of strategic management and the commonly used methods of centralized analysis, and proposes solutions to the problems of strategic management in accounting application.
