我们青县幼儿教育工作起步于1979年,特别是“河北省农村学前教育资源研究中心”(下称“中心”)在我县建立以来,幼教工作发展较快。 1983年,我们对幼儿园教师队伍进行了调整,淘汰了23名素质偏低的教师,又通过全面考核,录用了一批具有高中毕业文化水平、热爱幼教工作、年龄在21岁以下的女青年。在招聘中,由县教育局制定具体考核办法,在乡(镇)政府监督下,由乡(镇)文教办公开招聘、全面考核、择优录用。有效地堵塞了招聘当中“任人唯亲”
