药品生产质量的好坏对人们的身体健康和生命安全有直接的影响,受到社会越来越广泛的关注。风险管理作为有效预防、控制风险的科学管理理论,逐步被应用于药品的生产和管理活动中,成为我国制药企业的重要生产管理方式。本文在阐述药品生产管理含义和重要性的基础上,分析目前我国制药企业因认识不足、经验缺乏而在药品生产管理方面存在的问题和不足,并结合实际情况提出一些可行的应对措施,以促进制药企业生产管理水平的提高,为安全、高效生产奠定重要的理论基础。
The quality of drug production has a direct impact on people’s health and safety, and has drawn more and more attention from the society. As a scientific management theory of effective prevention and control of risk, risk management has gradually been applied to the production and management of pharmaceuticals and has become an important mode of production management in China’s pharmaceutical companies. On the basis of explaining the meaning and importance of drug production management, this article analyzes the problems and shortcomings in current pharmaceutical production management in our country due to lack of understanding and experience, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures according to the actual situation so as to promote The improvement of production management in pharmaceutical enterprises has laid an important theoretical foundation for safe and efficient production.
