前轮转弯机构的优化设计是大型民机起落架设计的重要组成部分。分析了大型民机双作动筒式前轮转弯机构的功能及特点,通过建立简化模型得到核心设计参数,建立了转弯机构的多个子目标函数,采用非支配排序进化求解算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对转弯机构的核心设计参数进行多目标优化设计。优化结果表明:基于Pareto遗传算法的多目标优化,对前轮转弯机构的主要参数进行优化设计是可行的,尤其是对提高机构效率、机构传动平顺度指标有着较好的优化效果,分别提高了7.64%和17.32%
The optimal design of the front wheel turning mechanism is an important part of the design of landing gear for large civil aircraft. The function and characteristics of double-acting front-wheel turning mechanism for large-scale civil aircraft are analyzed. The core design parameters are obtained through the establishment of a simplified model, and a number of sub-objective functions of the turning mechanism are established. The non-dominated ranking evolutionary algorithm (NSGA- Multi-objective optimization design of the core design parameters of the turning mechanism.
