班级管理是学校最基础的管理单位。树立良好班风是学生成才的关键。落实科学发展观,将以人为本的思想渗透到班级管理中,有利于班级建设。辅导员是班集体的组织者和教育者。在班级管理中,倡导以人为本的管理艺术,应注重从制度管理到学生自主管理,注重以情育人,以人为本。在辅导员管理学生中真正体现以人为本,促使学生从情感上、从制度上的认同,将收到事半功倍的效果。
Class management is the school’s most basic management unit. To establish a good class is the key to student success. Implementing the scientific concept of development, the people-oriented thinking infiltrated into the class management, is conducive to the construction of the class. Counselors are the organizers and educators of the class collective.
