钳工属于技术性要求较高的行业,在进行钳工操作时,孔的加工属于其中的关键内容。在进行零件加工时,钳工工作会受到机械设备以及零件结构的影响,使得钳工操作比较复杂困难。在进行钳工操作时,传统的钻孔技术主要是画线、冲眼等,但是对于一些比较特殊或者复杂的孔来说,这些方法不能完全应对以及满足,因此,需要加强对孔加工方法的探讨,方便应对一些复杂以及特殊孔,提高孔的质量以及精度。本文探讨了几点孔加工中容易出现的问题并加以改进,希望对提高孔的精度有所帮助。
