小组研讨教学模式起源于德国高校,目前在我国的企业界尚未被较好的应用。本文在分析管理人员的特征的基础上,结合小组研讨的教学模式,尝试设计可推进管理人员培训的流程方案,以供企业提供参考。
Group discussion teaching mode originated in German universities, the business community in our country has not been better applied. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of managers and the teaching mode of group discussion, this paper attempts to design a process plan that can promote the training of managers to provide a reference for enterprises.
