着力扩大内需特别是消费需求是中央经济工作会议提出的必须牢牢把握的战略基点。在商贸经济保持较快增长的同时,商贸流通业的原有格局被逐渐打破,新的需求、新的环境、新的挑战不断出现,商贸流通业正处在一个多元零售时代竞争的关键发展期。消费自身也在不断创新中为加快发展作出贡献。为进一步促进消费发展,要着力于业态创新、经营创新、营销渠道创新、供应链创新和展会方式创新,进一步提升消费在加快经济结构调整、促进经济自主协调发展中的重要作用。
Striving to expand domestic demand, especially consumer demand, is a strategic starting point that must be firmly grasped by the Central Economic Work Conference. While the business economy maintained rapid growth, the original pattern of the commercial circulation industry was gradually broken. New demands, new environment and new challenges were constantly emerging. The commerce and trade circulation industry was in a key period of development in the diversified retail era .
