目的研究CS2接触浓度与肾功能损伤的关系.方法对车间空气浓度、接触工龄及180名接触二硫化碳(CS2)作业工人和90名同厂不接触CS2工人(对照组)尿蛋白值进行分析.结果CS2接触工人尿β2?微球蛋白(β2?MG)和白蛋白(ALB)含量较对照组显著增高,且随CS2接触浓度增高、工龄延长而升高明显.结论长期接触一定浓度CS2可引起工人肾小管和肾小球的混合性损伤;β2?MG和ALB可作为慢性CS2肾损伤的早期监测指标.“,”Objective Tostudytherelationshipbetweenlevelofexposuretocarbondisulfide(CS2)anddamagetorenalfunction.
